Day 1, Hour1

Your Disposition:

Equipment:

Your space armor has survived the landing intact, saving your life in the airless void of space and protecting you from the planets aggressive atmospheric conditions.

By now you have determined how to use the interface of your space armor, but an overview is as follows; The visor is the display area of your physical surroundings. Your suit is capable of low light and thermal imaging, which are activated automatically. An 0xygen meter reads the amount of Oxygen in the surrounding atmosphere, and the total amount onboard the suit. Do not take the presence of Oxygen to mean that the atmosphere is breatheable, since trace amounts of poison could exist. To the left of your visor is the area where you choose your actions. Choose wisely, since even a small mistake could cost you your life in a survival situation. Above your Oxygen meter are four keys, at least one of which you have used to access this record.

The situation log gives you information on your surroundings and current events.

The inventory key allows you to access a list and description of all items you possess. All objects are useful, so treat nothing lightly.

Your intuition is just that, feelings about a situation, place, or object. This also gives hints on possible courses of action.

The impressions you note are also important.

Consumables:

Consumables are neccessities that are consumed in order to continue survival.

Oxygen can be harvested from appropriate atmospheres by your suit, however there is a finite amount of Oxygen onboard for vacuum environments.

Food and vitamin rations will last two weeks at standard rationing settings. For maximum endurance the suit can cut rations to one quarter daily allowance. This is very dangerous and can lead to complete exhaustion in stressful situations.

Power is generated onboard your suit by your movement. This voltage is extremely low, however, and cannot be used for any outside systems. Power cells are the only form of outside electrical generation which you possess for devices and survival.

Any objects retrieved by you are considered consumable, due to the irreplacable nature of items in an
unpopulated area.

Hope of Rescue:

There is little hope of rescue from this planet.
The magnetic anomolies which precipitated your crash landing in this system will effectively block or distort all transmissions from low power communications sets. The main communication array from the ship has been smashed on impact.

Other Survivors:

There is a possibility that others have survived the landing if you have. They will possess the same consumables that you do, and may have other items that could prove useful. Searching for others may consume too much time and energy, however, and should be carefully weighed against the duration of your stay.

Environment:

Readings taken before impact suggest that the environment on this planet is more aggressive than could be survived by a human without the aid of an
armored suit.

While Oxygen does exhist in the atmosphere to be used by your circulator, it is not breathable.

Soils here show a remarkable lack of iron and iron based molecules, therefore any ferrous materials will quickly disperse on the molecular level. (They will rust.)

Water is not abundant and should be located as soon as possible. Seasonal weather is an unknown factor,
so shelter is a must for survival.

There do seem to be certain forms of life here as well, though the variety and disposition of flora and fauna
are unknown.
